Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Return shipping is paid by the customer. We do not offer free returns. Please ensure items are properly packaged to avoid damage during transit — we cannot process refunds for items damaged on their way back to us.
To start a return, contact us at hello@loastco.com with your order number. Do not send items back without contacting us first — unauthorized returns will not be processed.
How refunds work
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Non-returnable items
- Items used, worn, or without original packaging and tags
- Gift cards
- Items returned after the 30-day window
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we've got you covered. We'll send you a free replacement — no need to return the damaged item.
To request a replacement:
- Email us at hello@loastco.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos showing the damage or defect.
- We'll review your request within 48 hours and ship a replacement at no cost to you.
Please note: replacements are subject to stock availability. If the exact item is out of stock, we'll offer an equivalent alternative or store credit.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, orders enter our fulfillment process and cannot be cancelled or modified. If you need to cancel, email us immediately at hello@loastco.com with your order number.
2-Year Warranty
Every LOAST product is backed by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers:
- Stitching failures
- Zipper defects
- Buckle or hardware malfunctions
- Material defects (tears, delamination under normal use)
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, scuffs, fading)
- Modifications or alterations made by the customer
To make a warranty claim, email hello@loastco.com with your order number, photos of the defect, and a brief description. Warranty claims are resolved with a free replacement — no need to return the defective item.
European Union — Right of Withdrawal.
If you are located in the EU, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive. Standard return conditions apply: items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is at your expense.
